Granting Google SSO Login Permission for SnapType EDU

If you’ve redeem end your license code and assigned SnapType EDU access to your student, but are still getting a login failure, you may need to grant permission for Google SSO to login. Here’s how to do that.

Go to your Google Admin Panel, then Security, then Access and Data Control, then API Controls

Under App Access Controls, click on Manage third-party app access.

Select Configure New App, and search for SnapType EDU

Set Status to Limited.

Note: If the Status is set to Blocked or Specific Google data and the Other and Google Sign-in scopes are not granted, the app will fail to login.
