SnapType and Google for Education App Hub
SnapType is proud to be part of the Google for Education App Hub! The Google for Education App Hub showcases the best tools for teachers and students using Google Classroom and Chromebooks.
If you are interested in using SnapType for your school, please purchase licenses from us and we will write those licenses to you for easy provisioning from your Google Admin console. This will also enable students to simply login to SnapType using their Google EDU account. To purchase licenses for your school, please contact us with your request (link to form). If you have questions or require support using SnapType through Google for Education, please email support@snaptypeapp.com.
License Details
A SnapType EDU license is available for a limited time at an introductory price of USD $24.99 per student. It is annual license based on each school's academic year.
Request Licenses
This form is for school administrators to request licenses for SnapType, for use with Google's app licensing system. Once a number of licenses is requested, we will provide a quote. When you are ready to purchase, you may provide us with a purchase order (if applicable) and we will send an invoice. Invoices can be paid via credit card, check, or EFT. Please only request licenses here if you are an administrator of a Google EDU domain.
Renewal Process
We recommend renewing your license prior to its expiration date in order to avoid a lapse in access. Renewals are performed directly with SnapType via email and will consist of a renewal quote, purchase order (if applicable), and invoice based on an updated number of users. Payment for renewals can be made via credit card as well as by check or EFT for orders great than 25 licenses. As soon as payment is received, the new licenses will be issued for the new year.
Privacy and Compliance
- SnapType stores user data locally on the user’s device.
- We do not not collect or share any user data.
- SnapType conforms to COPPA, FERPA, and GDPR requirements.
- Worksheets stored in SnapType can be exported in a portable format.
